Unlike standard consumer digital goods, HealthFit provides a highly personalized biometric blueprint. Because the value of this product is inextricably linked to your active participation, our refund policy operates on a strictly evidence-based, performance-contingent model.
2. The 100% Adherence Clause
To be eligible for a refund, you are strictly required to complete **all the days selected** in your purchased plan. Health profiling and physical adaptation take time; physiological changes do not occur linearly in the first few days of a new regimen.
- If you purchased a 7-day plan, you must demonstrate 7 days of verified adherence.
- If you purchased a 30-day plan, you must seamlessly execute the progression cycle for the entire 30-day duration before submitting a claim.
- Premature abandonment of the protocol automatically voids any eligibility for a refund.

When submitting a refund request, you must provide the following comprehensive evidence to our compliance team:

- Workout Verification: Data exported from a smartwatch, fitness tracker, or verified gym-checkin manifesting that you executed the exact cardiovascular or strength-training routines prescribed.
- Biometric Check-ins: Daily or weekly weight scale logs timestamped to demonstrate active monitoring of your physical state.
- Compliance Notes: A brief write-up explaining any deviations necessary for medical reasons, alongside doctor's notes if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

If we determine that the protocol failed despite perfect adherence, a 100% refund will be processed directly to your original Razorpay payment method within 5-7 business days.
